New · official Klostertal experience map 2026

More than skiing: winter around Klösterle.

We have turned the most useful planning information from the new regional overview into readable highlights. Distances and elevation figures come from the plan; always check current conditions and detailed route information before setting off.

Skiing: Sonnenkopf & Ski Arlberg

Sonnenkopf: 9 lifts, 31 km of pistes and elevations from 1,000 to 2,300 m. Ski Arlberg: 85 lifts and cable cars plus 300 km of ski runs (pistes and ski routes) between 1,300 and 2,800 m.

Winter hiking & snowshoeing

The plan lists routes throughout the valley, including the 6.4 km Alfenzweg and the 4.6 km village and Alte Bahn loops in Klösterle, plus routes at Sonnenkopf, Wald, Dalaas and Braz.

Cross-country skiing & sledding

Near Klösterle, the plan shows the 5 km Alfenzloipe section and the 2.3 km Sunnahalb loop for classic and skating. The Fuchslochbühel sledding option is approximately 250 m long.

Ski school, hire & places to stop

Ski school and hire at Sonnenkopf and in Klösterle are marked alongside restaurants, mountain inns, wellness and fitness options across the Klostertal.
